In the past, our users had to email us to give us their feedback or explain us what they wanted to do with their PickaForm applications. It was good, but we really felt we could do better.
In fact, we wanted a more dynamic approach to get in touch with our users and give them some advices about how to use or to build their applications, but we didn’t have the time to digg into the subject.
This time is gone! This month, we are happy to introduce a Live chat system directly into your application. If we are available, you’ll simply see a nice blue bubble at the bottom right of the screen: just click on it to open the your Live chat window! That’s it… Ask for help, advices, or just leave us a “hello”, we’ll be happy to meet you directly into your PickaForm application!
